		<Abstract>In this paper Investigation the trend of economic growth in line with the resistance economy affected by information and communication technology is studied.&lt;br /&gt;More recently, many countries have embraced the idea of &quot;the mainstream&quot; of Information and Communication Technology in sustainable economic growth and development. For any country, sustainable economic growth is essential for the sustainable and balanced development of the whole country. One of the important factors supporting the economic growth is investment in ICT due to their role and function as an essential infrastructure that provides an opportunity for consistent economic development. Therefore, this study examines whether ICT has assisted economic growth in improving in line with the resistance economy or not. Economists predict that economic growth is driven by investment in ICT. However, experimental studies on this subject have yielded different results due to different research methodologies and geographic configuration of the study. The study shows that the productivity gained from ICT is higher than would be expected from a standard neoclassical growth accounting approach.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Crisis management operations enable organizations to overcome some of the crises on their path and manage others in an efficient way. It also enables organications to learn rapidly and thoroughly. The present paper is an attempt to identify the factors in crisis management and proposes a model of crisis management at Karafarin Insurance Company. The study was carried out as an applied work in terms of objectives and a survey-descriptive in terms of methods. The study population consisted of managers and staff at Karafarin Insurance Company in Arak City (Iran) (n=80). The sample group was selected through a census approach. Based on field studies and interviews, the factors in crisis management were determined. Data analysis was done in SPSS and AMOS. The results showed that the marketing index had the highest mean rank, while the organization life stage had the lowest mean rank.At the conclusion of the discussion, recommendations for improving organizational performance are provided.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Automated software testing is the most important method to ensure from reliability of the software during its performance. The most critical part of this procedure is to generate optimal test patterns. Search based software testing methods, try to generate the test patterns in such way that maximizes the detected errors in parallel with minimizing the time of test. In this paper a new search-based idea is introduced for generating optimized test patterns which is based on local meta-heuristic search. Performance of the proposed method is evaluated in parallel with some state of art algorithms in order to compare their effectiveness in generating optimal test patterns. The above comparisons were performed separately in two fast and slow performance classes. Fast performance class comparisons, show the superiority of the proposed scheme against its alternatives in such way that it improves pattern generation procedure maximally 73 percent and minimally 47 percent compared to alternatives. Such superiorities are also observed in slow performance class, by improving pattern generation procedure maximally 47 percent and minimally 27 percent.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Deciding and selecting a supplier is a multi-criteria problem. This issue is strategically crucial for most organizations. The nature of such decisions is mostly complex and unstructured. Management science techniques can be useful and helpful in making decisions for these issues. The purpose of this article is to apply the Fuzzy Topsis(FTOPSIS) technique to select the best chicken meat supplier company in the Arak metropolis with maximum compliance with the set criteria. These criteria are obtained through interviews with purchasing managers. Managers in practice use these criteria in evaluating and selecting supplier companies. To collect opinions of chicken meat store managers (24 stores), instruments such as questionnaires were employed. Fuzzy Likert Scale (FLS) was utilized to convert verbal data obtained from the questionnaires.&lt;br /&gt;Results: The case study indicates that three suppliers out of six suppliers have been selected as the best suppliers after using the FTOPSIS method, considering all the identified criteria. All the analyses in this study Are performed in MATLAB software. The analysis of the data collected by MATLAB software showed that Supplier No.6 (Dorsa Morgh Company) had the best performance and Supplier No. 2 (Fakhrar Company) had the worst performance in 2023.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Results: The case study indicates that three suppliers out of six suppliers have been selected as the best suppliers after using the FTOPSIS method, considering all the identified criteria. All the analyses in this study Are performed in MATLAB software.</Abstract>
